What I don't like in this behavior is that it is an attempt to fool people into thinking you have access to privileged info (which you don't) (so that you can probably speculate and dump later...) If somebody wants out and is ok with receiving pennies on the BTC, nothing should stop them from a trade.
Personally I don't want to risk more, but I could see myself picking up a few accounts here and there if that was different. Hell, it's even been suggested that Chris would be buying up several big accounts to buy off the difference of "to be paid" versus "price of the account".
