I am new in POW mining. So far we have only mining POS coins. Please someone explain me step by step how to do. I downloaded wallet, I set Giftcardcoin.conf, but Giftcardcoin-qt.exe does not load, that is not running. Perhaps something I would need and I do not know. Thank You. Sorry for my poor english.

You are not working "diligently" because you are changing things that can't be randomly changed(like the pos rewards you just changed) without making if statements. you need the earlier blocks to be valid too.
also, you need to be careful next time doing a change. damn
also, your difficulty is broken and 60 seconds is a horrible time span. lol you made timespan shorter than the block time.

anyway to the moon and stuff and good luck. be careful doing changes like that. know that the network checks old blocks to see if they are valid or not. if you make a change that makes them invalid then everyone loses money. so simply be careful.

POS blocks can be different with suprnova and dev's addnodes but POW blocks must exist...

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update:

I am currently working with Giftdev to retrieve the nodes as well as any additional code for future developments. Additionally, I am in communications with another dev team whom intend to relaunch the Giftcardcoin with a more stable codebase. Conceptually, the coin's focus was a great idea which we feel should be restored and conclude the PoW phase.

Couple notes:
-We intend to find current balances and reimburse individuals with a 1:1 ratio on the new blockchain.
    To expedite this process, please message me with your public wallet address to verify your holdings.
-The chain will be left up until the conversion process is complete.

Try the repairwallet function and use suprnova's addnode if the repair does not work.

You are staking coins reserved for swap.
Are you going to send coins + coins you was staked or staked coins are yours ?
Let's say somebody had 10k coins but now after few days of POS it's not 10k it's 50k coins at least!!!
It's five times more at least !!!
