Escrow should be used to protect both parties so whatever reputation you claim to have will not affect anyone.

It would help but still do nothing to stop a chargeback in the future. A lot of sites have other safeguards to go after someone that acts inappropriate but not so much here. His paypal account is fake as well, it says his name is Kevin Reyes, where in reality, after searching his phone number on skype, which says he is female from dubai, http://imgur.com/A6ZRUky,hICFLE9,BuWQ8Bi,2JIapXA,PmZJJAd#2 ,it shows he is actually Rana/Muhammad Waqas or Faisal Tehsin from Pakistan http://imgur.com/A6ZRUky,hICFLE9,BuWQ8Bi,2JIapXA,PmZJJAd#3 .
I emailed paypal to stop the transaction.. Hopefully I can bring him to justice? Does anyone recognize this guy? Next time use a trusted forum escrow and have them sign a message before sending funds. Luckily you used paypal and will most likely be able to reverse the funds so nothing is lost. |
