Post by: redsn0w on March 27, 2015, 10:58:06 AM If I can reply, I don't use paypal when I manage some to sell or buy some bitcoin (here in the forum I have bought/sold bitcoin for paypal only 2 times, and especially only with trusted users). I have heard about some problem with it, because if you write "bitcoin" or "cryptocurrency" in a paypal dispute they will bock both the accounts (of the buyer & seller) for ~ 180 days. So at the end it is not "wise" use paypal as method of payment.

Post by: Q7 on March 27, 2015, 12:33:47 PM There are a lot of sellers or even buyer accepting paypal in exchange for btc but having said that, usually i would avoid using that payment method. If you can find someone within your locality for the exchanges, it's better to set up a meeting place to do instant transfer on the spot. That was what i did.

The sooner people stop using them, the better.

It's a good exchange and although they charge a fee for a withdrawal it a fixed amount regardless of the amount. Mind you I still don't fully trust them (Or anyone) and only exchange max 10 BTC at a time.

I would even hate to sell bitcoin using paper or other method. If the buyer complains you will lose your bitcoins. |
