MTGox has every right to defend their trademarks in a court of law, and upon being awarded the verdict, may petition a judge to enter a cease and desist injunction and domain ownership transfer, but at what cost? Odds are they dont even have 2 dimes to rub together like most other scammers. Now it might be worth it if they have deep pockets. The better direction mightn be to attack their financial services vendor relationships. Eventually they will run out of any willing to do business with them. Also, I noticed that their logo is very similar to MT. Gox logo.. Its obvious that these guys spent a lot of effort at getting this site up and running. I hope Mt. Gox wins the battle...
