Am I missing something, or does this happen a lot?

Gox doesn't have the fastest database so when the last price is bumping the daily high, the actual daily high value doesn't seem to get updated immediately. It seems to happen fairly often.

Alright, thanks. Seeing a trade above $12.20 nearly made me jump out of my seat. Mods feel free to delete this thread then, respect to Gox :)

I remember something about this possibly being something to do with the daily high exchange rate on other markets.  e.g., the BTC/GBP converted to BTC/USD using the GBP/USD causes a BTC/USD that can be higher than what the BTC/USD market's daily high was.
