I never heard this exchange, if it is legit, at least I would know it because I am watching this forum everyday. According to your search result, this exchange should be a scam, OP be careful!! And I think who wants to find the reputation of one site, the best way is to search it in the search bar. Because the victims would post a scam accusation thread or posts in the forum.
