Title: Bitcoin for Neteller/Skrill?
Post by: viking02 on April 03, 2015, 06:52:53 AM
What is the standard vig in exchanging bitcoin for neteller/skrill?  Someone in a thread mentioned 5 percent vig such that i would get 5 percent more if i send them btc for their neteller.  However, i read neteller and skrill is reverisiable.... is that true?  But only if their funds were deposited fraudlently?  How can u know if someones funds are legit then?  Also how long would you know if the funds are legit assuming skrill or neteller doesn't say the funds you receives are fraudulent?

you can deposit BTC right into neteller, there are limits but no need to worry about trading outside the system anymore.

Have you tried doing this yet? I know it says no processing fee but I'm just wondering what market rate you get.

EDIT: I just tried it and it launches bitpay and seems to be about 1%

The rate depends on the seller if he is selling his Skrill/Neteller for bitcoins at a higher rate as some even have a 1:1 exchange. You can ask the Skrill seller to share a screen via Skype of his account to check if the money is loaded via a credit card or cash to check if he hasn't loaded funds fraudulently.
