Atleast he isn't really asking you to send him the money or claim the fortune. As long as he doesn't take your money and doesn't deliver the promised items, it cannot really be called a scam. Most never pay on time or come up with some lame excuses and never pay out or have problems from the start. Id rather go throw my money into some doubler and risk it with others getting paid out on it or go on Casio site and have better odds of winning. Have been in a number of crowd-funding 1 turned out pretty good 2 others ran into problems part way on starting and launch day and then closed and didn't provide any refunds. The one that turned out good managed to recover from the others that turned out bad. Then soon later after a month or so iof it paying turned to the same faith SCAM. Stay well away from them or just buy and hold bitcoin and wait for several months.

Maybe I misunderstood... :) Even I fell for such scams in 2005 but got saved as they were saying that I won a lottery and they gave a number which was from UK, when we called, they didn't seem to talk professional and I even called one of my father's friend in UK and he confirmed that this is scam... |
