What would be the easiest or cheapest way to buy some bitcoins.

Step 1: Pull out all your bitcoins and print to paper.
Step 2: Pretend to put them into an envelope and mail them (To satisfy paypal for verified buyers/sellers)
Step 3: Mail it with a delivery confirmation on it.
Step 4: Give the confirmation to the person with paypal. When they see its shipped they are happy.
Step 5: Your account with paypal is now limited. This decision cannot be appealed.
Step 6: Kiss paypal good bye.
Step 7: Notice that the payments were all reversed.
Step 8: Be happy you only mailed the customer receipts for their payment and the confirmation code that they had to give you to prove you were the owner of that house and kept your btc.
Step 9: Paypal will hold onto your money for 6 months but then you can pull it out, but kiss paypal good bye.

The best way to get Bitcoins with credit cards is to buy something with a credit card and sell it to someone for Bitcoins.

I don't know about Paypal, but here's how to do it with a credit card:

Go to your bank.
Use your credit card to take out a cash advance.
(Optional) Create an account with an exchange that offers Bank cash deposits as a deposit method.
Deposit the cash with your exchange or with BitInstant.
Purchase and receive your Bitcoins.

This method works great if you are not trying to scam.

Establish a rapport with a seller by buying coins for bank transfer. Once you've gained the sellers trust he may allow you purchase via paypal. You need to have spent 2k with me before i'll even consider allowing paypal.

This is the nice idea. your effort are very nice at here which help to many people for buying the Bitcoins using the their credit card or Paypal account. This will help the people to get & buy something with a credit card and sell it to someone for Bitcoins.

Yep, some people on localbitcoins.com accept PayPal. They mitigate this risk by charging a much higher exchange rate. They also only accept smaller buys from people who don't have trust built up.

What about virwox or eobot to buy bitcoin with paypal?

If you have a credit card or a prepaid paypal you can also use purse.io
Never tried any of these metods.
But from what I can read in internet they should work

But I hope they have very high fees....
With eobot you have to wait 180days to withdraw your btc don't know with virwox

I don't think anyone sells with a credit card though. Those transactions can be reversed. If you are dealing with someone who will accept CCs, then I suggest running away because they're probably scamming you.

For paypal, the best way to buy or sell it would be using a trusted member on the forum. its harder to buy with paypal, specially because you can charge back, but selling with paypal shouldn't be a problem going through someone trusted.

i think credit card because i am also doing so. i think paypal is a regional transetion company therfore its not good. i personal have no experience about paypal.

You can buy with paypal on localbitcoin paying about 10-15% more, and basically every seller will have you verify your identity before trading with you.

If you have credit card, you can use purse.io where you basically buy stuff on amazon, send it to someone, and they release the bitcoins once the package is delivered to them. you'll pay anything from 5% to 40% more there, depending on the buyer and how much discount they want. for example, let's say you want some shoes that costs $100 on amazon. you put your item on purse.io telling people you want to pay just 80%. then someone goes to amazon, buys the shoes and ships the package to you. you get it, and release the $80 woth of btc. the person that paid for it, spent $100 on his credit card, and got $80 worth on btc.

Neither of those options is tenable in my opinion. Just fund an account at an exchange in your country via a cashiers check and buy at market price. 

If you had paypal then why don't you try to vixmox or any exchange website but for me if you really want to buy 1:1 with your paypal or +10% with safe then you must to into exchange currency you will find some good member's there that trading bitcoin into paypal or buying paypal funds.
