They trade in millions but looks like they cannot afford hiring a customer relationship person to answer emails timely.  Waiting weeks for any reply is just so frustrating when the market moves so fast.

Really? You sent them an email in the middle of a DDoS attack and you expected it to be answered "timely"?

Is there DDoS attack going on this week?  The last one I've heard about was about a month ago.

Nice to hear that!  Now I am sorry for venting my frustration like this - I somehow missed this announcement.

It'll take a few more days until this lady is fully trained, and I got another one who may or may not join us :)

Had to drop the lady since she had more troubles than expected for speaking english. Will hire another one later. In the meantime someone else is already helping :)

English in Japan is not mandatory in school? Why so many Japanese are utterly crap at english? (I am asking because I follow japanese games community, and frequently I end with games written in utterly crap english or just in japanese with a english note saying the author being sorry and saying he does not know english...)

I am asking out of curiosity, not bitching. It is only that I always heard that in Japan english education is mandatory, thus knowing several Japanese that know no english is curious.



In fact, the boyfriend of my sister is ethinic Japanese, yet I know more japanese than him... (he knows 0, nada, zilch of japanese, despite his grandfather talking mostly in japanese and his father talking exclusively in japanese when near his grandfather).

Not even the taxi drivers there can speak English.

So it's a bit like Australia.

Would it help if I translate my email into Japanese?  I am feeling somehow desperate.
