The platform would imply active use of smart contracts, arbitration (somewhat similar to www.bitrated.com ), other features, but the key difference is in emission . Emission is from the sources that do not decipher anything: ̶ The source is first validated by independent center (network of validators), including determination of maximum amount it can emit, ̶ Then the specific amount of coins is verified, and only after that is on the account of the owner of the source.
