Buy SLL at virwox.com
Trade your SLL to BTC
and withdraw it.
Or try brawker.com

either use virwox or weselldoges https://www.weselldoges.com/ - but it's limited to $15 for verified paypals IIRC.

Virwox is certainly your best choice if you don't have any spare change. If you have some spare change, you can simply go to your nearest ATM and exchange your spare change. Alternatively, you can also arrange a person to person meet up with another person to exchange BTC.

Yep and the best option for you could probably be the last one.
You can search for sellers near you at localbitcoins.com.
Or virwox but they have huge fees.

couldn't you just transfer it on your debit card and then proceed to circle or any other exchange, and buy bitcoin?

paypal is useless nowadays , debit card with security visa password and 2fa, offer enough security and there is no stupid chargeback to deal with

You are in the wrong section mate.
Move this thread to exchange section by using the "move thread" option in the lower left corner of the thread

Because paypal sucks and very few people here want it.
You may better try with another method.

If you have an overdrawn account, I would suggest moving the 24 dollars to that account and paying it down as much as possible.
Or if you need to, use that 24 to get food!  You shouldn't be 'investing' in crypto with 24 dollars if you have an overdrawn account!.

Wait until you have some spare money, then invest, unless you just want to use your 24 bucks for dodge activities of course!

It's really difficult to get bitcoin or other crypto with a paypal account. Just transfer the amount to your debit/credit card and buy some bitcoin from the exchange you prefer, from then you can trade the bitcoin for some dogecoin from altcoin exchange. Good luck !

Hello flailormoon, no one will do business with you if you want to use PayPal. If you look through the forum nobody really does, and who does it usually scammed. Read the forum and find out well before anyone scam you.

Why don't you try out Localbitcoins.com (http://Localbitcoins.com)???
They already have PayPal as an option for payment against purchase of BTC, I guess...
Correct me if I am wrong...
