All that nice front-end with coin prices did not code itself up either, and that cabinet has to pay for itself aswell. I would gladly go back to 1% if BTC would go up a bit but we have to pay bills. And sorry, no 100$ ovh server for us, we like quality. That 1% pool is also unknown and probably runs on "value" infrastructure/hardware. If you seek quality you'll agree with the 2% otherwise you're free to go at the "dollar store" pools.
