This could just as well carry passengers (in the dragon capsules) So, now that we're pretty much going to space with a US company, with rockets with everything made in the US, I think we're in a better position. They say they are going to attempt carrying people at 2017, and with their record, which is decidedly better than BFL's record I think they'll get it done.
