Any way to fix this?

Thanks.

I restored last months data directory backup, its working fine and is loading up.

What would cause this issue?

Maybe you should include more data: like system specs, OS, what other programs might be running at the same time, what you were doing when this happened, when it started happening. ETC.....

I did supply os.

Nothing was running, was a fresh bootup. Was doing nothing when it happened. Happened today.

Check your debug.log, that should tell you which database is causing the problem.

Likely bet is addr.dat.

The database unfortunately seems to be fragile.  Backup the data directory (just in case), then delete everything except wallet.dat, and start over (or you could try selectively deleting the smallest files first).  Should be somewhere like C:\Users\yourusername\appdata\Bitcoin

I got this error when my system kept crashing due to a raid issue.... had to start from scratch and redownload... seemed to fix it

That explains it, I had installed a different set of ram, running @ my gskill specs, 15 minutes into running two different ram sets, I had system crash.

Title: db.log

If you have db.log in the data directory, examine it.

I had deleted the folder already.

I had deleted everything except for my wallet and the three block files.

Works as brand new.

Got the same error "Bitcoin can no longer continue safely and will quit" when i was backing up my wallet to a vmbox.
Somehow the wallet.dat ended up with read only permissions which obv caused the error for me.
