anyway, its probably good to note that: The developers have left the Foundation, and have now joined MIT...Gavin included. The Foundation is nothing more than an "awareness group" of sorts now. MIT has vowed to help develop the Bitcoin code, and picked up funding the developers. Without the Dev's.. I see them as an advertising company, or something like that. "focusing on awareness" is all I got from the Foundation goals. Except the "such trollery" part at the start. Obviously :P If anything, this just punctuates how totally insubstantial that place has become. |
