Minary to buy a computer (Bitmain Antminer S3) the problem is on my browser settings put the address (192.168.1.99) to configure the computer but do not go to page remove the antivirus and delete the wall of fire and nothing. There's instructions all over the forum for how to check on that and change it if necessary. It could also be a network topology issue (not plugged into the same router, etc). You haven't provided enough information for us to do more than guess at an answer.

That is a odd issue, have not heard off anyone with it before. Then connect the ethernet cable directly from your computer to miner. This is for configuration purpose only. You can then change the miner ipp address based on your own network suffix.
