Basically any amount. I can also buy using Gift Card Codes from basically any store.

I will buy at $260/coin. There is, of course, room for negotiation if you feel this is not a good price for you.
The max I can buy at a time varies. Sometimes it is .5 at a given time, other times it is as much as 3 btc.

I know the Google Wallet Card doesn't work outside of U.S. , but I'm not sure about Google Wallet online transactions. I'm assuming that I can send to any google wallet, US or not.
