I offer loans with 10% interest.
It means that if I give you 0.01 BTC you must payback 0.011 BTC.
If you are more late, the interest could grow up by 1% per day if you don't have good reason.

Rules

• Loan higher than 0.05 BTC without trust point needs a collateral.
• You can not loan more than 10 days. (can be discussed)
• There is 10% of interest.
• If you are late without valid reason the interest grow with 1% per day. (I am the only one that can decide if reason is valid or not).
• I prefer when user read my topic, as a proof of reading at the word monkey anywhere in your message
• All collateral will be hold by a third party,a member with high trust back will be choose to do the Escrow

Just to let you know, this person's password was changed in the last three days so it would probably be a good idea to get a signed message confirming ownership of the account.

Also you should always get a signed message when you are lending without collateral and should demand positive trust/reputation when lending without collateral.

I don't really think someone modified the post, most probably I copy pasted some text from this thread to create my loan thread and forgot to change the address. Which is awkward.

If the hacker was able to figure out what the OP's password is then he could have logged into his account and changed the repayment address.

IMO this is a good reason why you should not use a single repayment address as many lenders in the lending section like to do.

It's still better than the OP being a scammer.   ;)

It's simply a suggestion.  If the OP tries to hold collateral, there is a good chance he'll run off with it (collateral scam).  QS is just trying to warn the OP he will get negative trust if he tries this.

Well, when people ask loan without reading my first post it's always making me laugh, especially with newbie.
Soooo, i won't lend you, find someone else.

By the way Quickseller, i don't think it is needed to give every newbie asking for a loan without collateral a negative trust. For example i see, that kdphilip75 wanted that loan for buying an account i sell for a user. It's probable that he did not know that a collateral is needed. But regardless of that, getting a red trust for that is not needed at all since why would you need to tell everyone that he wanted a loan without collateral? He would not get a loan anyway and everyone could see already that he did not offer collateral. Why you need to write that again as red trust is something i wonder about.

At least his request looks genuine for me since he only asked because i demanded that he prooves he has that much coins. His request would not have been successfull anyway.

Any other reason why you think that is needed? Even if you think he might move on and try to scam... you don't know it and a neutral warning might be sufficient.

This is not going to protect the lender because he would have no way to recover the loan if you default, and the lender would have no way to force you to actually spend the money you receive on the loan to purchase an account.

No. You do not have sufficient reputation and you are not offering any kind of collateral. If you do not withdraw your request immediately then there is almost a 100% chance that someone will give you a negative trust score.

There seem to be multiple red flags in this transaction.

I have my doubts about this transaction. Was it a sham-transaction between alts?
The loan doesn't seem to have been paid back and the lender is not raising the default in this forum.

In any case tech_solutions isn't somebody I would be comfortable lending to, because his reasons definitely seem to be fake.

you don't have any reputation here so I doubt if you will get a loan without collateral, offer something for collateral ,it will increase the chances for you to get the loan filled
