Id recommend making your head bar a little less cluttered. I'd recommend five buttons max. Try utilizing some stop lists. If possible, try going for a simple single color style, instead of an background. Maybe something like FastDice.com. If you get enough visitors, is recommend changing to a full .com domain or at something that's not a subdomain. Overall, love your site. Content rich and abundant.
