These Sh*tty raidmaxes keep frying on me. This will be the 3rd fried raidmax i have to rma. This one happened with my antminer c1. Please advise if after I rma if you think that the C1 will still be okay of if the C1 is fkin fried and when i put new rma psu into it it will fry that psu too bcs now this crappy psu fried itself and my c1. Everything in my head tells me theres no way to really tell cept to just plug in the new rma psu's. I have only had one plug burn the plastic in all of the asic's ive used (a lot of models). It was a raidmax pci-e cable on a S3. It's hard to say on C1 what happened you might open it up and look for damage on the C1. A little bit of a pain to take apart but worth it I would think. Mine it was just one spot on the cable it burnt through i caught it on my s3 and it worked. But again it was much less burnt on cable and was not near miner. I highly suggest throwing that raidmax in a closet as I did with one and never use it again. Title: Re: Antminer C1 w/raidmax 1k psu fire help?
