https://btc-e.com I have never had a problem there and I actually fucked up, sending a shitload of BTC to a NMC address (thanks Window's Clipboard) and they were able to send them to the right place for me in the end. They saved my butt and I am always grateful for that. Their security is also top notch. I like the email confirmation for withdrawals as well. Gox, but I use CampBX much more often. I don't really trust the site much; I rarely keep any funds on there for very long at all. I don't have any reason to distrust them besides that I'm paranoid. Dwolla there is super easy.
