Zones

• You must defeat each robot in a zone to go to the next zone
• Each zone will introduce a higher leveled Robot
• When you defeat a robot, the next robot will have a percentage chance to be a different robot

Attacks

• Attack robots until they reach 0 hp
• You can upgrade your Attacks by using your balance
• Having greater attack power will help defeat higher leveled robots
• You must wait in between attacks, but the time to wait will always be the same, no matter the zone or level
• Shorter attack times will be activated during promo periods

Referrals

• You will now earn a percentage of every reward earned from your referral
• Your referral percentage will depend on how many referrals you have
• Your referral rewards will be added to your total balance, which you can also use to upgrade attacks

Cashouts

• You will not return to level 1 anymore, if you cashout
• When you cashout, you cashout your whole balance
• You will earn more if you use your balance to upgrade attacks!

Winning

• Once you beat the level 20 robot, you will win the 1,000,000 satoshis prize and the game will end
• After you win, you must restart and play from the beginning, starting with 0 balance, and level 1 upgrades

Please if you have any suggestions, comments, or concerns, I would love to hear them! I will be adding some extra things a long the way, and may have to balance accordingly. Right now, I'm thinking 10 minute attack times will be the norm, but I have activated the 5 minute attack times for this week! Enjoy :D

This looks friggin awesome.  I don't do faucets but this looks fun enough to try.  I like the idea of upgrades.  The site loads really slowly, so fixing that is the only suggestion I have for now.  Oh, also you could involve alt coins if you wanted to.  OK now I have to go play :P

Can't get on to game to check - what happened to all the earnings we already had? Are we still at the same level as before? I had over 190,000 sats earned, I'd hate to lose them all.

You have all your previous balances, you just have to start back at level 1 but you can use your balance to upgrade your attacks!

Did i need to share on FB and Twitter before each Attack to get the Bonus ?

AAAH Too many weird things going on -_- ultimately I'm trying to revert back to old site. When this happens, you'll still have your balance and everything but your level will remain the same as in the new site. I apologize but you can still keep claiming and when I fix the new site, you'll be able to use that balance for upgrades etc. The old site will probably not show up until a few hours, and then some other weirdness will happen again (I had to switch to the old site- old vps)

I tried the site but its not working good.  This was a couple of days ago.  I really hope that you get this fixed because it look like a lot of fun.  I will waste time on faucets after all I guess if they offer something novel besides just clicking on a button and entering captcha.  Thanks for this idea I hope it is back up soon.  Best of luck!

Just tried it now. Loads about 5-8 secs then solve captcha , wait 5mins then boom became Temporary Service Unavailable.

Damn someone found an exploit and was able to claim almost 80,000,000 satoshis... thank God they used the donate button instead of cashing out, or I would have been in big trouble -_- ... I have just put the site under construction until I can fix the speed, and fix that exploit. Thanks for understanding :/

Yeah, the site's speed is very slow right now. It loads, but sometimes it times out after trying to load too long.

The site finally loaded for the first time for me. A lot of the time it was giving me errors and timing out the connection

OK I put indexes on my databases and this seems to help a bit. There is still an underlying slowness that I have to figure out. I am finally working with a guy who actually knows what he is doing, so fingers crossed! I fixed the exploit and the site is back up to attack robots!

I had this error too on Firefox, and clicking the link that m3ndi3 gave fixed it for me. And the site is robotcoingame.com, but robotco.in should redirect you there

Yes, they must be upgraded in order. In most RPGS you upgrade in a progression, so you have to pay for each upgrade (no skipping sorry)

Hello) I am at zone 2, so i attack the second robot, but on the site there is level 1 reward, but the picture of the second robot:

Is it ok? One robot before it was ok.

When you reach zone 2, you will face robots that are level 1 -2, when you reach zone 4 you will face robots from level 1-4, with more likelihood of facing robots level 4. With each zone you face, a new higher leveled robot will be introduced. But I have it set so the robot level from same zone will appear more likely. Does this make sense?

Ok the game is pretty fun.  I would like to see a more complex upgrade path.  You could have three different trees, damage, efficiency, and uh, something else.  Anyway its not a big deal but I thought it would make the game more fun.

Yes I agree...I was going to have a type of energy stat where you can only attack a certain amount per day, then have an upgrade for multiple attacks. Therefore, you can upgrade multiple attacks where you can attack # of times, but there is still an energy limit. And perhaps upgrade the energy limit, etc. The problem with this, is that it gets real complicated fast... people can manipulate their computer time etc, or other unforeseen workarounds. If someone can help me with the logic of how I would implement this (with bots in mind), that would be great!

Sorry, but I don't understand the levels. It says I'm on level 2, but I still only get damage 20? When do I earn damage 35 for level 2? And when I look to upgrade, it says I'm on level 1 and can upgrade to level 2 - where I thought I was??

It is different now. Zones and Robot levels are different than your attack level. You now have to upgrade your attacks with satoshis from your balance, to deal more damage.

Is there a way to turn off the ding sound thingy, it stops music playback on my iPhone :(

I think you should add a 'reset' button that brings you back to level 1, zone 1, in case some users had cashed out and could not progress anymore because attack is too low.

I think the rewards have to be higher as well as the upgrades are really quite a lot as it progresses, and in the end the user does not receive that much. Probably just increase all rewards by 50% would do the trick, if you are generous!  ;D

I did the math and if you continually use your balance to upgrade, you will earn a lot faster when you finally beat the level 20 robot. With the speed, then you earn the most per month than if you did not upgrade. I was definitely thinking about having a reset button, but having a fee on it. Maybe the fee for reset increases depending on what Zone you are in?

Also, I want to run by the community on this, but I was thinking of ways people can deposit bitcoin but still not be ponzi-ish.

What do you think of having a premium currency, which you can purchase in bundles - 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 and upgrades can be bought with either your balance satoshi or the premium currency?

I'm still scared of using a payment api, since I've never done it, but if there is enough interest then I can find a way to do it. Then with this, maybe you can purchase "powerups" like "double attack power" with premium currency.

I think if you add the payments, premium currencies and all it would get really confusing, and might bring about more payment problems, so I would say stick to the faucet itself.

As for the upgrade tokens, hmmm I think instead of using the balance which may be unfair, maybe at a little chance at each claim where you have 5% to get an 'upgrade token' when attacking the robot (as loot) and maybe 25% when collecting the reward.

The tokens can then be used as temporal buffs, as you said. Sounds cool to me :)

Maybe add animations, would definitely look cooler ^^

I did the math again, this time with the reset button, and if someone were to just get the rewards from zone 1 and always reset at zone 2, they still wouldn't be making as much as if they were to upgrade all the way. I'll add in the reset button today with no fees ^_^

You will sometimes get lower leveled Robots to defeat in a Zone. So in Zone 2, you won't always fight against Level 2 Robots. You must have fought a Level 1 Robot, hence the 1,000 satoshi difference.

First of all, thanks for that excellent project. So interesting to earn a bit satoshi and play simultaneously.

Second of all, how about to make project a bit faster and intensive? For example, adding the "reward system" that will give some rewards(satoshi) to people which are first get "#"level. Even better, make it more flexible, first 50 people that will achive 5 lvl wil get 50k satoshi(just example). Next 50 people will get 25к satoshi.

It will bring kind of competitive sense in that game, so people will compete to get rewards.

Hmm yah that is very interesting! I like that competitive drive, but for those who use bots etc who are claiming 24 hours a day, it wouldn't be fair if they get rewarded for that... So I have to find a way to first weed out those who are using bots.

Your balance and all time balance will remain the same. Your zone and attack level will go back to level 1 when you restart.

Well you have to upgrade by paying, and there are only 20 zones, once you defeat Robot level 20, the game ends and you have to restart from the beginning (no upgrades/zone 1)

Daniel D' Alien is leaving us for a while! Because of his addition, there were more enemies you had to defeat per zone, but because he is leaving, we are reducing the amount of robots you need to defeat before leveling up. I will be setting everyone's zones to 1/xxx so you only have to defeat whatever robot you are on to get to the next zone. Do not be alarmed!!

Hello little quite a long time, is giving every 5 minutes but as I noticed that goes to 100 and something Satoshi. Earlier was better than 10 levels each hour could play and to look at a film. Although this is not bad if it could be extended with 5 minutes time to more that one could do something like this can not watch a movie because of the constant interruptions of the game. The game is good, but takes a long time, if you can increase the time from 5 to 30 minutes or 1 hour.

When you beat the game, you will be able to start over with your previous balance, so you can use that balance to upgrade attacks :) Is the website still down?

Must be your internet as working fine here. Might be a little slow but could be just the site or connection to it but everything working fine on it. Try cleaning your histery and cookies temp files if not try updating your dns servers if that does not work the nit is a problem with your Internet

Ok everyone mystery is solved. And regretfully, it was not a good conclusion... A couple of days ago, I accidentally deleted all the level information from people who used emails on the site. I sent everyone restore emails, but there was one little mistake I made, which apparently did not put an actual Zone for people. So they were starting in Zone 0, and when they defeated a robot, it did not replace it, so you could constantly collect rewards from that point on. A user quickly took advantage of it, and made 98,000 1,000 satoshi claims in 3 days. He was the reason for the 503 errors, and why people couldn't get on the site. I learned my lesson, and paid dearly for it -_-

The guy who stole from me and caused all that downtime has agreed to give back the money! Thank you and just goes to show that there is hope in the world :D

The problem was, there was no captcha -_- so he was just clicking it (or using a bot to click the claim button for him)

If it's not Xapo, then it should take around 1-2 hours to show up. It also depends on how fast the blockchain is confirming transactions.

Yup you definitely are... how much are you earning on robots from 1-20? Also with upgrades, you defeat them faster and get your rewards sooner that way. Level 20 1,000,000 is just a bonus to use for upgrades in the next round.

Also you have to factor in the promos for bonus attacks, as well as from share bonuses. Your upgrades are worth a lot more then.

I`m playin this game for a week and i`m on zone 6 now, i upgraded attack just once until now. I`m thinking to go until the end without upgrades :)

We have lowered the big bad level 20 robot's hp! It went from 100,000 -> 80,000

Besides lowering hp, you should also increase the attacked power. I'm at level 5 after playing for several weeks, and earned only around 150k. It all used up to upgrade to a level three. The next level will require another 10k+.

So far all play with no pay! The game is very challenging, but is it worth the effort?

PS ~~ going thru the upgrade level, the Lvl6 attack power pt seems way off from the Lvl5. The price is double, but the hp is only 22 more extra.

Also, you might consider increase the bonus reward on the Lvl20, as the 1mil will not be enough for the restart upgrade and to cash out some. Unless you don't plan to have your gamers replay.

Besides, can you provide us the total rewards per zone level? I noticed the reward is varied within each lvl of the zone.

Yes it is varied because it is sort of random which robots you will encounter through each zone (though I did make it more likely to encounter robots with same level -> zone) But then again, I find it nice to encounter lower leveled robots because you can get your reward faster (if you had upgraded your attacks)

Yes, I did upgrade the attacks.. From zone 1-6, it barely has enough to upgrade to attack level 4. Only near the end of zone 7, attack lvl 5 is possible.

Question: Why the cost is more than double for upgrading to attack lvl 6 for a merely 22 more damages? This will need zone 8, 9, even 10 to get the amount needs.

It takes everything you've earned to upgrade, just so you can finish faster. You have to decide if it's worth it or not. I upgrade every 2nd level, not every level.

Found the bonus, and well I might have misread, I thought it was +2% earnings bonus...
Actually it is JUST a +2% attack power bonus :|

Now I am not that excited about this.

Taking in count that in the past, when I played the game more intensively it took me 2 or 3 months to finish the game and bonuses were much better: there were better attack bonus promos every month  (+50 attack power; +35% attack power), and that the bonus for  sharing at social networks was +15% attack power (now nerfed to +10%).

This is very intresting because it is very chalenging because it is based on levels .

I liked this faucet, but then I lost my registration somehow and missed about it. I remember load times were somewhat slow, but I will consider it to give it another try. The game concept and the levelling up make it rather unique IMO.

One you complete level 20 and game resets, your upgrade damage will also reset. Basically its like restarting the game. You will have to start upgrading again from level 1.

If you have any pending satoshi balance, that will still be carried over.

No probs m3ndi3, since I knew and joined your games, you have been very communicative, and honest and that is a "rara avis" in this niche of BTC faucets.

My wonder is why there are yet some veteran BTC faucets still running Google Adsense :S (i.e. freebitcoin). That is, why some of the faucets were banned and others not, that is what terms in Adsense TOS were broken to lead to suspension.

I would be great if any expert in advertising companies could suggest good alternatives to Adsense. Adsense is the most reliable and profitable, but ... So if any  other company is kinda equal reliable, unless surely less profitable, it could work.

And ofc drop reward amounts. That freebitcoin BTC faucet used to reward almost 1000 satoshi/h but since the BTC value went over 300$ and up, the rewards went down 700 satoshi/h and below.

So, regarding Robots and MonsterCoin games I see no other than keep dynamic rewards, according to income from ad companies and the BTC price variation.

Sorry everyone, it comes with a heavy heart that I have to shut down all my faucets. The bottom line is that since the Google ads ban, I have no money to pay everyone anymore. (They banned me before paying me out for 2 months!)  Instead of shutting down the site and not paying anyone at all, I've decided to leave the faucets open and all the ad revenue being generated is now being used to pay back users. I hope you understand, and it's been a fun ride.

All what you need is a new adress and a new domain. Change a bit on your sites, thats all. It works :)

Really sad that one of my favorite faucets already shut down. :( It was nice claiming to the faucet, it was fun. I'm pretty sure that robotcoingame and monstercoingame really helped a lot of bitcoin earners. Hope to see this kind of faucet again.  :'(

So the top 20 claimants get paid every week or so? I can't believe I have to solve 100+ captchas every day just to get paid the money I'm owed from this faucet. Are they actually paying people each week? Yesterday's payout list is still there. How many people still need to be paid?
