Title: WakeUpBox - Desktop alarm clock Campaign (and 0.005 btc for twitting)
Post by: Canaanite on May 28, 2015, 07:26:31 AM
Hi guys,
I'm looking for 5 people to join this little campaign.
Although what I'm asking is a bit different (and even harder to execute) so take that into consideration.

0.1btc for 50 posts

You are requested to manually add to each post "Alternative alarm clock designed for your desktop - http://wakeupbox.net"

I'm looking for people who post in more than just bitcointalk forums, but even in other forums on the internet. (Please write the forums you participate in, You can send me an in-mail here)
The goal of this campaign is actually to boost up "WakeUpBox" at search engines

All of the posts have to be constructive, spam posts will not be taken into account.

*You can have a different campaign as well, I don't mind, as long as you manually post it :)

Also, if someone wants just to twit about the website, I'm offering 0.005btc per twit (only once ofcourse). Once you do it, post here a link to your twitter account post & a bitcoin address)
https://twitter.com/wakeupbox

+ Please allow me at least 24 hours to send you the BTC for the twitter

Adding that in every post would be considered off-topic to the thread you're adding the reply to and spam and the person doing it would get their account banned. If you want to advertise, just start a proper signature campaign.

I don't think this will be allowed.

But that misses the point... I don't really care about people seeing the ad. I want to promote it in search engines.
I personally think it's the same as signautre only you manually add it
Do you have any idea how to execute it better?

Three is signature limit in this forums. If we add off topic text outside the signature box, it will be consider as advertising and may result into a ban.

This is against the rules. Posts of people that do this will be removed and they will get banned if they keep doing it.

And how about forums that are not Bitcointalk?

probably the best youll be able to do is have people create a new post about it on different forums but you cannot have 10 people creating a new post on the same forum.

id say look into hiring an seo expert to help you get this problem solved.

If you want to promote your webpage through search engines, you must do it in different way - it is very hard to do nowadays cheap  ;D. Internet promoting is very expensive  :)

So why not go and find posts that your service would actually be ON TOPIC to mention instead of spamming the interwebz??? You know, god forbid, be a useful thing instead of being yet another spam?

If you want to promote it on search engines you need to hire a SEO and it will cost you from $20 - $60 to get your site on the front page google and I know a few who do this but haven't tried any of them because I don't have a site, so can't promise if they actually are able to get the site to the 1st page or not.

I don't think it will be that easy because every site is trying to be on the first page of the google search. So make sure if you do hire someone to do this, use an escrow and only pay after you have achieved the desired results.

So much wisdom here...

Anyway, I still have space for the campaign (It does not have to be on bitcointalk, as long as the forum posts show up on google search)
