Title: Buying last year's hardware
Post by: sidehack on June 01, 2015, 06:22:27 AM
So I posted on here a couple months ago looking for leads on decent old gear. The outfit I represent in doing so is back in the market for machinery. I'm recommending stuff in the neighborhood of 1W/GH, so things like the S2 or A1 Dragon would be good, and S3 are always winners. S1 are not really hash-dense enough to make the cut.

PSUs aren't a requirement, but admittedly would be nice.

Preferably nothing with exotic cooling requirements (waterblocks and such, unnecessarily complex stuff).

Anyone within driving distance of Missouri would probably get preferential treatment since that makes pickup start to look better than shipping.

Price is going to depend on a few factors, but I'm interested in gear that can be had for in the neighborhood of $120/TH.

So, let's start a conversation and see what pops out.

i have a asicminer tube im tryna get rid of.. includes the controller
i could probably sell you for $100 not including shipping- you can get very close or even surpass a bit over 1TH overclocked

edit: oh the controller needs a power cord.. it didnt come with the miner so i had to buy one separately.. i could add it for another $5-10.. though i paid more..

I seen a lot of used last year hardware at that one site people go to zoomhash or whatever.

They also accept credit cards, as well. Still take a worth to look at, if you dont get any results here. Its what I`m doing if I cant find deals.
