Title: Block issues on Bitcoin Core ?
Post by: OmegaStarScream on June 02, 2015, 08:26:13 AM
I had an error or something , I guess I restarted my PC without taking attention that the wallet was synchrozing with the Network and now when I started it again it's sync once again from 6 years or something ... but my BTC shows 0 BTC  ??? while I had some ? wtf ?

Or it's normal and I simply should wait for the sync to finish then I can see my Bitcoins ? ty

It's not normal that you have to sync the whole blockchain at every start up. By restarting the PC you probably corrupted it. Once everything is back to fully synced your bitcoins will be back as well. In the future don't shut down / restart your PC whilst the program is running and wait for the grey info box to disappear when you close the program before shutting down.

Well it's Reindexing , not downloading once again as far as I know .
but yeah that was my question so it's normal that I don't see my Bitcoins for now . Thank you very much

I hope someone here has an answer for this.... I sent myself (to my new mycelium app on phone) from the armory wallet .44 BTC
this was yesterday morning, so far no confirmations?? and it says in the info on armory that its not in the blockchain yet???? its been more then 24 hours.
The funny thing is that it is in my new app on my phone as an available amount to spend?
Its weird that its not in the blockchain and has 0 confirmations...
I even searched the transaction hash and its not in chain?????
Any ideas?? Thanks

Bryon

Dafuq , I personally never used an application of Bitcoin on my phone and never used Armory ... however it's weird I'am pretty sure it should give you a link to blockchain.info or something , that's what all wallets do . also I didn't get that second part , you sent the money and it still tells you that you have an amount to spend ? that 0.44 BTC ?

Your Armory client is not fully synced. Wait until it is synced fully.

OK dont ask why, (and I was fully synced) I had to rebroadcast the transation manually at blockchain and now its all confirmed and everything is fine......

Go figure...
Thanks all for your help and input!!!

I'am glad that Muhammed Zakir helped you and I hope your problem got fixed , simply wait . Going to close the thread now , however if the problem goes back again or whatever , I will advice you to open a new thread so more people see it because your problem isn't much related to mine . (well it is , but not from the title)
