I don't think so. If that would have been the case, he/she should have stated a price at which he/she would sell it. OP stated that he/she is looking for offers so it means its an auction and you can just extend the auction till eternity.

This thread should really be moved to the auction sub. Alternatively, instead of users bidding each other up, send the OP a concrete offer via PM and go from there.
Unless OP has a rough price in mind and states that price OBO in the OP then this thread is in essence an auction. In either case, I suggest only going ahead with this transaction if escrow is involved.

well that is a red flag,  deciding to change an (auction) as you stated right after I placed an offer you decided it would end in 24 hours and now you say a auction offer is too low for you. yea no bueno.

I have got a message from rebecca in PM and having a talk with her. I am offering higher numbers as I need this and someone else has bid a higher amount than me. Last I bid was 1.1 BTC and that's what is continuing.  I never said this auction is a bullshit. I did ask questions only because I want to know its what I want it to be like. I don't want to take a risk so want to confirm if rebecca has a bill of the phone.

Yes exactly. + I had some conditions with my bids out there, it was that phone bill must be provided to prove it wasn't stolen just to be safe. Who knows if its stolen, the original buyers comes to my place with policemen LOL
