WHAT IS BITWIN   

BitWin is actually a word made of two parts; Bit stands for Bitcoin and Win stands for Win, as in the object of competitive activity.
Combining the two words creates a new word, BitWin meaning between all users who use bitcoin to play in a lottery around the world.

REWARD METHOD      

The system will automatically pay your prize to your wallet address. Prize return for bet is within 2 hours after announcement of the lottery draw result.

If the prize cannot be returned due to an error in wallet address, user has to request BitWin to receive the prize.

so if the site will not be online til early march why are you announcing it now? thats 9 months away. noone is gonna play now and wait 9 months to view statistics. how would we know youre not cheating us? and whats to keep you from running off with our money before then?

Please explain, how the draws are actually taken, like is a random numbers, or from any hash or you are manually picking the numbers after seeing the database ? How peoples trust on the winning numbers ?

We are using real-world lottery numbers. China Union Lottery numbers from 1-33, pick only 6 numbers. No bonus. if you go check on our website that shows "draw" then real people picking official china union lottery balls.

Nice idea in general, i would love to see a professional and relevant bitcoin lottery.
There is a few things you will need to improve on though:

1.Provably Fair: This is a bitcoin gambling site. It's industry standard to have a provably fair system.

2.Welfare donations: Would obviously have to be very transparent

3.Trust and Popularity: A lottery only works if there is a lot of people playing, otherwise the rewards are too low to attract a lot of people. The problem is that it will take a lot of time to become so popular that enough people will play for the game to be interesting without the house having to chip in. What you did with putting 15BTC in the next jackpot was the right move. You will probably need a large bankroll in order to be able to pay for the neccesary advertising to get the site out there.

The site looks good, but I see two problems here.
One problem is that you haven't prove the addresses you posted in post #16 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1084095.msg11570063#msg11570063) are yours yet. You need to sign a message with each of the addresses to prove you actually own them.
Another problem is that we can't see what numbers the other players have chosen. This is important because the size of first and second prize depend on the number of winners, and you could be faking another winner to share our prize. You need to publish that info before the draw has taken place.

First of all, we are working on signed message but it is hard to follow since we are using a different wallet provider.
Second problem you mentioned ("We can't see what numbers the other players have chosen), you can check on the BitWin Record Section (Payout History).

when i click the LastDrawings (http://www.playbitwin.com/LastDrawings.aspx?more=1) all the previous picks (#76-#75-....) all have 0 btc prize amount and no winner!!
on your home page the Latest Bitwin Records shows two addresses that are both empty.

does anyone actually play and does anyone win?

Actually there was a winner in drawing #75, but only a winner for the 3rd prize (0.05btc). Drawing # 74 also had a winner (4th prize). And if we look at the payout history, there are 4 winners so far (3 winners won 4th prize, and 1 winner won 3rd prize)

And regarding the 2 empty addresses under the Latest Bitwin Records, they are empty because lottery has not been drawn yet (2 days and 9 hours remaining) as I know the two addresses are used to receive the payment if they win the lottery IMO.

P.S : I could be wrong on the two empty addresses, but that's what I understand from the how to play page. So, correct me if I was wrong.. :)

There were some winners, you can check it on the details of each drawing. But there was only 1 winner (4th prize) in the last 5 drawing, and he/she won 0.005 at drawing #84. It is not weird if there were only few winners, because it is so hard to win on this kind of game and I doubt that there were many people play in this site (No Offense)

Based on your site, there is still no record of someone winning this bitwin lottery, it proves to be difficult then to win on this one.

You need to do more promotions and change your marketing strategy since it is always hard to attract people to play lottery.

This game will only attract big whale only, more money the chance of winning is bigger enough so it is still hard to attract usual people to play it anyway, so I can say just let it be like that
