Can still be charged back by contacting your credit card, or using a hacked/stolen PayPal account, or claiming your account was hacked/stolen, or by a half dozen or ways. Pretending that ANY PayPal tx is irreversible is simply dishonest. It makes you look less trustworthy by making those kinda of claims. Someone will simply need to trust you.
