For those of you who haven't seen Premium Rush (Don't feel bad. Why just this morning, I myself hadn't seen it!), the premise is that there's a lady who needs to get $50,000 cash to this other lady, but because what she's doing is slightly shady, there's a trusted third party who takes the cash in return for a ticket. The ticket has no identifying information so it's redeemable by whomever holds it for $50,000. The other lady will accept that ticket (Just not cash. Nor paypal.) and the first lady uses Joseph Gordon-Levitt's bike courier service to deliver it from Columbia to Chinatown. Things would have been a lot "easier" if they'd just used BTC! |
