LBTC doesnt protect the buyer from chargeback. Your best bet is to use virwox if you have verified paypal.

Nice find KWH. So not only is the OP a scammer, they are a pathological liar. I say this because they felt they had to continue a lie on here in order to potentially scam someone else in the future. Marked as so.

The address is the address that Localbitcoins signs all their receipts with. See this (https://localbitcoins.com/faq) link and search 1Q1wVsNNiUo68caU7BfyFFQ8fVBqxC2DSc and you will find this:
Quote
What does the signature mean on the receipt?
After the online trade has been completed, the seller has the proof that the buyer has received the coins. LocalBitcoins.com generates and signs the receipt for this.

Our signing bitcoin address is 1Q1wVsNNiUo68caU7BfyFFQ8fVBqxC2DSc. You can verify the validity of the receipt with bitcoin client software.
This basically means that this person was able to actually trade on LBC, and the search results you found were instances of when others had scammed on LBC (it is no secret that there are scams on LBC).

Thanks for looking into it, I was pressed for time earlier.
Yes on the scams. Although I gave my best efforts, I was only able to escape LBC dead even. Better than a loss and good lessons learned.
