Title: Scammer: Konichua
Post by: Atlas on September 11, 2012, 04:33:32 AM
I made a bet on Matthew's bet with Konichua. He took Matthew paying. I took the opposite. He said the bet would end in 48 hours of Matthew's bet and he has yet to pay me my 2 BTC.

+1, nobody is getting paid for this. If you want investigations expedited you should pay for the services, just like any other.

I've gone as far as I will go by reporting the scam in this thread. If anyone wishes to pursue further with the requirements of getting Konichua a scammer tag, I'll leave that to them. I am not going to ask the forum staff to do anything they wouldn't do out of their own will.

Donations go to the forum only, for new software for the forum, legal defense fund, etc. Moderators don't see any of that.

As far as I can tell your specific case is settled yes?

The only set of PMs I had were on a account named "Anonymous...." that was deleted.

The only thing backing this is my accusation, the other scam claims and Konichua's silence.

I apologize for any trouble.

Paid back my principal bet in .84 BTC and a Portal 2 steam game.

He originally owed 2 BTC; however, I clear him of all debts at this time.

I am paying back senbon as we speak, and will pay back the steam games I took once steam lets me trade them.
Once I have done that can the mods please delete all scam threads involving me, and delete my account? Thanks.

Payed back senbon all the money I had left in my GLBSE
http://blockchain.info/tx/9d5c2bf8e769b6cefa4dc1684235fa1c9fbfbf334970a9762448c70fcbe6ba7d
It was ~20BTC and part of that tx, bear in mind it was from the GLBSE so the other 30 is not mine.
I have offered him a pick of any of my steam games too, and he has not replied yet.

Also the steam games I scammed become tradeable on 29 sept when the account that sent me them is 1 month old. I will send back the scammed games then, and then I would have paid back everything.

Definitely not deleting the scam threads, not gonna help cover it up. I doubt theymos will delete your account either.

I don't want people googling my name and the first thing they see basically says I am a scammer.

I think the solution is to delete personal info if there is any but leave the rest and take the scammer tag off (if he paid everyone back, of course).

If someone posted personal information he can work it out with them on his own and and have them remove it themselves, I won't have any part of it, that's between y'all.

You are as far as I'm concerned. You're making things right which counts for a bit and will get your tag removed, but you still chose to be a dick and rip people off and people dealing with you should know that. You made your decisions, any consequences are yours as well.

I think the solution is to delete personal info if there is any but leave the rest and take the scammer tag off (if he paid everyone back, of course).

I won't remove it, but he can work it out himself with whoever posted it. It's their decision to make.

I have paid back all except foggyb (I took bf3 off him which he redeemed in the end, but still have offered him steam games, which we need to discuss the specifics of) and max pumper(he may be a scammer but I still owe him his games. I messaged him about it, but the games he sent me only become tradeable on the 29th sept).
I am awaiting their reply.
After this, that is everything paid back.

I'm glad this guy got the scammers tag but what is the policy if he pays everyone back?
If he pays back tag will be removed. Threads or anything else won't, at least not by us.

The rest of your post is off topic and I won't participate in derailing a thread made for a specific purpose, and I ask everyone else not to as well. There's better places to ask those questions.

Paying back foggy in a matter of minutes. Max Pumper has had the steam games revoked, so after this everything is paid.
