200$ is needed for this to happen.

The 200$ will give you a share worth 20% of the profits made.
These 20% can be sold all the way down to 1%.

1 Share costs 10$ and will give 1% of the site profit.

Shares available: NONE
Shares reserved: 20.

When all are reserved I will ask for the investor to send the money.

quite honestly, with the right advertising, I can see a good ROI from this based on the information OP has provided; there is a large target audience. just my two cents.

Hmm, if nothing can be shared with the public, how can I trust that this will be a legitimate transparent company. I understand not wanting anyone to steal your idea, but you did make this thread first and you could prove that it is your idea. If its a really big idea, you can also copyright it.

Profitable yes, but is much more risky. The chances of the ponzi being a scam and running away with your money are bigger than the chances of you actually making a profit on this.

FWIW, I just reserved 5 shares.
I'm a little unsure whether this will be successful or not, but I'll give it a try.
After all, OP seems to be honest and what could possibly go wrong?
Wouldn't bet my life savings on it, though ;)
Worst case is, he'll run with my lousy 50$, best case, it's going to be some extra cash flow, I don't expect it to be the next Facebook or anything ::)

This could of been started days ago but OP seems to think not all members btc is worth for his project. $200 is only not a Huge some BTW.

Its amazing how people can all of a sudden turn into a child when they dont get what they want.
