I'll go first, but I'll send it as payment for goods so I can get a refund if you screw me over.

Lol. I don't think this would be a very good idea for anyone to take you up on your offer.

There are simply too many scammers who are willing to try to chargeback PayPal <--> Bitcoin transactions that it is not safe to accept PayPal from except the most trusted members with extensive trade history.

Regardless, PayPal does not protect against digital sales, so if you are honest, you will not be able to recover funds from someone that scams you. There is nothing however that will stop you from lying and recovering funds from someone if you wish to scam.

If the funds are legit, then your best course of action will be to withdraw funds to your bank account and then buy Bitcoin with cash

Pro Tip: You're going to want to withdraw your PayPal funds to cash, then buy via cash deposit or bank transfer. Nobody is going to sell you anything via PayPal. Also, don't be fooled by the PM's you're about to receive from newbie accounts who will take you up on your offer. They're going to insist that you send first, but once you do, that's the last you'll hear from them. Well, they might send you some followup PM's stalling for time while they withdraw your money.

TL;DR: If you're dealing with PayPal for BTC, you're going to get scammed, or you're a scammer yourself.

Please don't take this person seriously, there is a 95% chance that you WILL be scammed.  People, when sending as goods and services, the buyer can request a dispute for that transaction at ANY time, and (I believe) the funds you received from that transaction will be INSTANTLY withheld until the case is solved.  Oh yeah, and P.S., paypal always favours the buyer.
