Looking for a straight forward process of moving funds from paypal to Bitcoin.

Any quick, easy solutions?

So far it seems buying LR from paypal, then buying bitcoin..... Takes too long...

If you are in the US.  Get a PayPal debit card (free). 
Use it to cash out from PayPal at any ATM and use Bitcoins Direct cash deposit option (see sig).

Man, no wonder people in mainstream dont use BTC. So hard to even buy any!

Find some sucker who doesn't care if he gets scammed and offer easily reversible, hacked, stolen PayPal for irreversible Bitcoin.  Offering an ridiculously high price seems to help.

There is a cash deposit method in New Zealand.  Is there a Westpac bank nearby to you?  That would be a good option for you .. .simply walk in, hand over the deposit ticket from BitNZ, pay cash.  Boom, done.

If you don't have a Westpac near to you, you can still start the order, and then send the deposit ticket to a friend, relative, coworker, or someone else who will deposit cash for you and does have one nearby.  You then send money to this party that helps you via PayPal.

There is a reason why no one sell bitcoins via paypal  ;) And those who do, later always understand. But then it's too late  :D

Never try to use PayPal for any Bitcoin transactions, they never side with the BTC owner, even if you offer them tangible proof. There are much safer methods out there for a reason!

It depends on who you deal with. Is everybody corrupt?

Good for you... the trolls might be working for Paypal.. some of them have low post counts.

1. Withdraw money from PayPal to bank account
2. Wire transfer money from bank account to exchange (e.g. bitstamp.net or intersango.com)
3. Buy BTC

While I agree they might be trolling, they are doing it based on experience of how paypal -> btc exchanges have lead to a lot of situations like this:

"I tried to sell my 220btc to this guy who was going to pay me $2200 USD for them via paypal"
"After the transaction was complete, he reversed it"
"Paypal sided with him, even though I provided proof, I did infact trade him in bitcoins and I have all these emails to prove this agreement, and this link showing the blockchain shows he got it moments afterwards."

There are various versions of this story, over 200 Btc lost via a paypal reversal was just the largest one I remember seeing.
Deal with the exchanges, which one that happens to operate in your country I don't know.

I once liked paypal as much as the next guy when everything works fine, but I know all to well, they are can screw you worse than any bank or individual could. In this community paypal has gained the reputation as a tool to screw people out of their bitcoins, because paypal sides with the one doing the reversal everytime.

If any one have to purchase online then Paypal is the most popular and favourite option which is generally supported  by every website. User also trust on it for making payment via their credit card or debit card.
