You won't getting any loan here without collateral.. I suggest go somewhere else if you don't have anything to offer as collateral

I always find it strange that people claim they have no collateral...
IMO you always have some form of collateral:
- accounts worth some cash (forumaccounts, paypal, redpay, localbitcoins,rootaccounts,...)
- gift cards
- physical goods (find a lender from the same region as you and give him your playstation as collateral if needs to be)
- ...

idk i was told 2 try here, honestly i wouldn't expect some1 to loan a brand new account, more often then not it's a scam.
i posted for a service maybe that will come thru.

i have d1 league of legends account but i'm not giving any1 the email to it so i cant give that collateral

Personally, i won't lend anybody BTC, because i don't have that much myself, and i'm new to the scene to... But giving an account as collateral is quite safe.
You don't give your account user/passwd to the lender, you give access to your account to a trusted escrow.
Lots of these escrow guys have escrowd hundreds of deals, without ever stealing or cheating, so the risk you're getting scammed out of your account is hundreds of times smaller than the lender getting scammed while lending you 50 bucks (.2BTC)
