anonymous & paypal doesnt exist.

As for the exchange to bitcoin from paypal, you wont likely be able to find somebody willing to risk it (on a new user especially) as anybody could just push for a reversal after receiving their coins leaving the seller high and dry.

there are some person-to-person sites who exchange paypal to bitcoin, but don't expect that the "big" companies are going to do that, cause there is a way too great risk of paypal chargebacks and the companies can't do anything about it.

If you know where to find what you're looking for why are you asking here?

Sadly paypal's chargebacks have us cornered to use a virtual exchange like MTGOX.

Any other alternatives to Paypal on which charge-back doesn't represents a risk?

It is possible to make unverified paypal accounts with fake info, and send money using prepaid cards.  I don't know why you'd want to do that since almost no one would accept such payments, but sure, I can sell you "anonymous" paypal accounts.

The only way you can trade a non-reversible currency for a reversible one is to engage in the practice of trust. So depending on the direction of the transaction either you need to trust them or they need to trust you.

I have had only terrible experience selling bitcoins for paypal, they claim it was a hacked account and you lose your money.

I could sell you an anonymous PayPal account, but unless you know how to protect your own anonymity it probably wouldn't stay anonymous for long after I sold it to you...

I don't like to use BitCoin for PayPal because using it there is chances for fraud and scam. So for that you can loss your customer and it can negatively impact on your business.

Who told you anonymous and paypal don't exist? That's a lie. They're called stealth paypal accounts, and they do exist.

I've never traded locally, but here is a site that lets a person trade cash for bitcoins locally - https://localbitcoins.com/   Pretty interesting.  What would be neat is if someone opened up a bank-like exchange location for such meetings.
