So Im obviously really new here. I`ll be editing my journey to btc, as I`m new to all this..

only to find limited to some options, but cant do some cause im obviously new to join a campaign.

here are few options for you. you can do faucets to test the waters but that will only give you little amount of bitcoins. you can offer your service here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) to earn some BTC. you can buy bitcoins and purchase forum account to participate in a signature campaign and earn weekly or monthly for posting here

since you are new to bitcoin, first of all start reading about bitcoin and the importance of securing your coins.
spend some time on the forum and read the posts to get the whole idea and learn the ways to earn bitcoin.
after this time has passed and you became informed enough, your rank has risen too and you can join a good signature campaign and earn more bitcoin.

If you check out this subsection, you'll find lots of threads that cover this topic, there are very limited options for newbies to earn BTC for free but if you stay active on the forum you'll yourself learn the ways of earning free BTC, you can provide your work experience and skills in the services section and someone looking for the same might hire you to do the work.

i agree with this guy; learning more about the currency itself is probably more important right now; prioritize learning at least the basics before worrying about how to earn from signature campaigns or faucets otherwise. Just read through a couple of the threads on this section; a lot of your potential questions might be answered by the various threads started by other newcomers. Learning about how the network (miners, transactions, the blockchain, confirmations, and fees) would be a great place to start.

Faucets can be fun, but for me they are a waste of time.  That being said my favorite was moonbitcoins, because you build up some dust but you don't have to go back and click every 15 minutes to make a decent number of satoshis.

I think you are best using a skill and selling it on the forums, or on a website like fivr.  You might even find a product that you can sell for bitcoins, it can be anything, but something that people want.  Think out side the box.  For example I really like Indonesian soy sauce, but no one has it where I live except fancy stores.  The exact brands like ABC that used to cost me 3$ a bottle go for 15$ here.  So maybe yo have access to a local product like that, that you can sell to people that don't have it where you live.

you can join campaign for newbie, and learn in the maintime about bitcoin, buy posting and following other people post, it is the best method to make money in an useful way

Actually almost nothing is free.

The faucets will give you tiny amounts for filling captcha.
The PTC sites will pay you for visiting sites and clicking on ads.
The sig campaigns will pay you to post.

Mostly you'll have to invest at least your time in order to get "free" coins.
But if you have time, why not?


Also, keep your eyes open, from time to time there are individuals or companies which pay very good for small tasks (like, retweet, post here or there, ..) or companies doing various types of giveaways - especially casinos. The casinos will give you nice amounts, but you have to be lucky enough and win some in the casino to actually withdraw, but if you have the time, it's fine.

Just make sure that you don't gamble your money, or at least don't gamble more than you afford to lose.

My advice would be to use faucet first. Get ANY bitcoin, send it somewhere, see how it works, its best learning experience.

good advice:
practice makes perfect.
And you can practice with little amounts.

investing little amounts of money like less than 0.1 wouldnt even give you any profit, it would be hard to make a roi with such small amount of bitcoins

Joining a campaign is the most profitable way to get bitcoin  ;D

assuming that hes just a newbie here he wont be able to join any campaigns, i think he should go with free faucets for the begining and then maybe buy an account

777coin accepts newbies for their campaign, dont know why you would think newbies cant join any campaigns.

Welcome to the forum.

I can see you have already noticed that Newbie accounts are not eligible for signature campaigns (other than a few like the one mentioned in above post). Since they are a good way of acquiring good amount of BTC for free, I would suggest you slowly build your account and become eligible for campaigns once you're a full member.

But since it will take some time for you to reach there and if you're very eager to get some BTC, just buy some using fiat. If you don't want to spend a penny, try faucets that give away free BTC - but that will be a very small amount that can let you test Bitcoin experience, but other than that you can't do much.

I started with nothing and claimaing on faucets I became a millionaire...even a multi-millionaire...in satoshi.

Are you good at anything? Like I mean any skills?

If so just sell your services or products. If not then do a signature campaign.

Hopefully each satoshi will be worth a dollar one day  ;D

If you have some skill like web designing, coding , or even engraver that ready to ship it through global. Everything can be done on this forum. And of course, you promote yourself so people will have known you.
Since you're new here, I recommend trust escrow for cover your any trading or transaction against other people on this forum (many scammer recently )

If you don't get scammed you may have ROI before the first month

2 months to become Hero? I haven't seen any Full Members on the market that have that much activity potential. Mostly just potential Senior Members. Yes, I lurk in the Digital Goods forum. :D But Seniors can do pretty well. ;)

When I started to use faucets to get my first few satoshi, this faucet was very helpful

its a much better option than faucets, and quite a bit more lucrative too. just be sure to post constructively, spam tends to get people banned pretty fast.

The best way so far is signature campaigns. I understand that you cannot join campaigns right now, so you may want to look into leveling up your current account. However, there are some campaigns that do accept users with your account rank, that is a great way to start to earning some BTC right away, and you level up your account in the process. Also, regularly use high paying faucets. That will help out a lot in earning BTC.

You can buy Old member with high price but you must know bitcoin more before you buy, high rank high quality post and high payment
if your rank does not reflect your rank, that would be you a newbie member

not just that, also be sure to ask for a signed message from an old address to prove ownership of the account; dont want someone coming along a week later saying the account you bought was hacked/stolen from them. id advise you to poke around in the digital goods section to get a feel for what you need before actually going out to make a purchase.

well there is no any way to get free money and bitcoins same thing and facuts ? i advise you do not waste your time on them  or maybe you will manage to make 0.01 BTC after like 3 monthes or so

Not possible. All signature campaign have its limits on how many users they could accept or they wont be able to pay all of them

Bitcoin is a lot like anything else: you can earn small amounts doing tedious, menial work, or you can do real work that pays a lot and requires almost no time/effort. It's really up to you which path you take. If you want the tedious work, do faucets or join signature campaigns. If you want actual money, get educated and get a real job (and either get paid in BTC or buy it with your earnings).

Until they take their account back and you've got nothing. I don't see any way to guarantee an account wouldn't be hijacked by the original owner.

I see neotox in his thread hold  some account from defaulted LOAN after it he sell to some one who want to buy it with 50-100% profit (from LOAN)

you give always something for...even if it is only "time".

you don't need to wait to be Hero member to start giving loans.
you can do it right now. it goes like this:

you check the person who is asking for loan and if he checks out.
you ask them to send the collateral to a trusted Escrow
then you give the loan to them if they can provide legitimate collateral

signature campaign is the most legit, in addition to free and also paid a very high  :)

i know it, im use it too, joined bit-x campaign this day, the problem is only how to make constructive post

You should join signature campaign which has easier rules than Bit-X signature campaign
Of course, the payment is lower :(

IMHO, there are two ways to earn Bitcoins as a newbie without any risk.

1) Be active for some time on the board and then join a signature campaign when you have reached a higher ranks. At least Junior rank.
2) in the meanwhile, join get paid for programs like coinad.com, btcclicks.com or bitvisitor.com

This does not mean anything. Maybe he is not able to be online at the moment. Further, the information posted here are also good for other newbies.

My faucet gives a good average per claim...but it is an average and you can get more but also less...
You claim when you go up frm bed and before you go sleep...

You can also use this rotator (http://faucets.cryptoplace.net). It just had 80+ faucets pruned but will start supporting the best faucets (those without anti-adblock, and those that aren't annoying). Still working through some lists.

Well an escrow can be used. If you try something fishy, the escrow will give the account bad rep making it pretty useless. Of course people still buy Hero account with bad rep because its so valuable. But as far as I know there is no way to regain the pass once you've given it to anyone. Even if you dont control the email, because the email in this forum is useless.

I think you should use a solid faucet list, or a website that has many faucets listed.

A faucet list that is frequently updated is the best method!

Free is free,  you will get low amount if you seek free bitcoin, except you have ability or skills that you could offer here in bitcointalk forum like you have design skill or something like that, i have seen many people get big amount bitcoin here by designing logo for a company.
never expect big amount from faucet or any free bitcoin developer.

First thing is you should learn about the basics of bitcoin. Like how transactions work and how to keep your funds secure.

Next, you can try some faucets which give away some btcs(very low amount). Try collecting some and use them.

You can sell your skills in forum for some btcs too. If you are good at something, head to the service board and offer your skill for btc.

You can buy bitcoins from exchange too.

With faucets you can earn some satoshi just to learn how wallets work.
If you want to earn really something you can sell some stuff in the market, join a signature campaign

to try how wallets work there is a demo on blockchain, also there are people who dont have time for signature campaigns and they use faucets to earn money for gambling

If there are users that have time to do faucets they should switch to sig camp as they can earn more and it is not a waste of time in joining discussions here

I do like the Bit-X signature campaign too, but I have not tried their cloud mining services yet however. I may purchase some hash power from Bit-X soon though, Ill see how that will go.

how many GH/s did you purchase? ive only got 22 from some extra funds and wanted to try it out; getting about 6-7k satoshi a day with the fees included.

oh i never tried bit-x cloud mining services, i guess i will check it out as they seem to be a reputable trading website, i hope its not just another ponzi scam

its not a ponzi, their hashing power comes from the bitfury pool, so id say their service is pretty trustable.

earn with faucet with instant payment like send to your faucetbox,paytoshi,etc. of course you never get scam, faucet is legit site if that faucet still have balance

It's one of the most trusted ones along with Hashnest at the moment, because it is backed by a major asics manufacturer Bitfury (similarly like Hashnest is backed by Bitmain). You won't get rich, but can roi and then some :P

It's way more than 2% a year if I understand correctly what you said, but since the price of btc is low I don't do much cloudmining recently, more into altcoin trading now and simple hodling :-\

Why did you posted Legit, Do you really think that we are making Fake BTC here. If you are thinking this then you are wrong because we are making legit BTC from sig campaign and trading our btc. I never used a mining site, because i think they all are scam.

i think by saying legit he meant legal as people might offer ways to steal bitcoins from the people who have a lot of it, though its just my guess about it

But, I see a few ways since you are a newbie, you can be creative enough to deposit enough escrow with a trusted source like tomatoecage and post others for extra work?

Buying low and selling high is one of best trading option but its need some patience and good amount of money other wise you can go more down because some time its take too much time

Yes it take time to understand the concept at the beginning, and need some money to start.
We can start with low amount of money but there will be no profit.(low profit)

everybody has to start from somewhere. and investing is not gambling that you start big to win big.
you have to start small and play around a little bit to learn first and keep your losses minimal then increase the investment amount.

Are you sure? I am not sure if the faucet you can get many bitcoin,
it took thousands of referrals or fortune so you can have a lot of bitcoin with faucet

look at micro earning section and you'll know there is many faucet that give enough bitcoin, :D

there is no such thing as free bitcoin. Even with a Sig campaign you are still posting with a banner and expected to make good posts. That takes time. Time is money!

Is it true? try to think back, how faucet that only 1000 satoshi satoshi per hour or 1000 per 30 minutes can make you get a lot of bitcoin, 60 minutes * 24 hours = 1440/30 = 48 * 1000 satoshi = 48000 s .. so you want to spend a day satoshi only for 48k? Seriously  :o

you will not earn anything with trades if you are talking about cryptos trading as it is almost gambling because no one knows what prices of cryptos will be

Yes, I got my btc. But, giveaways like this isn't easy to found. usually i found this giveaways from announcement ( altcoin ), ;D

Chose 50 good faucets and you can get a good amount per day

Of course if you claim only on winspiral's faucet you will have a good average per claim but not a big amount per day...

That is what I mean, don't just calsulate 1/2 faucet only, there is more than 10 faucet. You just need to choose, low rate with short break time, or high rate with long break time. ;)

Yes, if you already know all about how to find a faucet  and good faucet, but for a beginner who does not know what it  faucet rotator or IP changer, it is better to spend time to learn in this forum than spend time with the faucet

You can earn money typing captchas, search in services section. You can earn $8 for 10,000 captchas.

I wouldn't suggest captcha for bitcoins service, that is only a waste of time doing thousands of captcha for a few bucks. Better to focus in real life instead or maybe join a sig camp even newbies can earn more

That's mean no balance in my wallet, so i need to recharge my wallet. But, till now I did not get any confirmation on blockchain. :-\

just curious, if you reward people that amount, wouldnt you be in debt faster then making money.

faucet paid very high, I have never seen such a high reward in advance. may be adjusted between advertising and spending in order to balance remains available

there are advanced program that can solve captcha, tons of them in few minutes, like captcha sniper

I started out earning Bitcoins through Faucets, and in about a month I earned only 0.01, but that was enough to get me started. I did paid to do task/click stuff and earned more, and I started out my own blog, but that doesn't earn me, just a way to spend my earned bitcoins.

I've invested in sites, especially scrypt.cc, but now its very unstable, so Im planning to withdraw everything from there once its stable and keep my bitcoins in a wallet, or invest it into BTCJam instead, much more trustworthy.

Now, I earn a little through signature campaigns too, and now probably I have about 0.2 BTC worth, so Im going for 1 now :)

Faucets are legit free BTC, just that they pay really little, but it can be enough to start a little business, or expansion from there. Cheers! :D

there is imacros or Arkalys the first require the undertanding of simple coding to do it, yet not so easy to do, the second is a french program

of course, other people do not want to provide such a tool for free, if a free definitely has another purpose, and in my opinion better signature than  campaign solve chaptchas
