What about using escrow?

Escrow is pointless with Paypal because it can be charged back 180 days after, but I have no intention of doing that. All I want to do is buy some bitcoin using my Paypal account because it's the best way for me to do it.

For yours and anyone elses piece of mind I have dealt with many respected members of this forum ( check my trust ) and they have sent stuff to my home address. I give all of them my permission to make my full name and address public if I ever scam anyone ( which I wont ).

Would you mind explain me in simple and understandable way that how the Preev rates work and how charges will takes place in those rates.

Yes of course. www.preev.com (http://www.preev.com) is a simple bitcoin calculator. You simply either enter the amount of bitcoin or currency you're looking to convert and it'll do it for you.

In this instance I'll enter $100 to see how many bitcoin its worth, give it a few seconds to settle then send the seller $107.50 for those $100 bitcoin. Or with others they factor in the 7.5% to the $100 and send me slightly less.
