Title: When can people link their website in their sigs ?

Like to link my website http://www.streamiumcams.com  at some point to my sig below how does one do that , or when is it allowed ?

It might be better to join a signature campaign and use the proceeds to buy some quality traffic.... the potential customer base you'll get from a forum is rather limited (but it still does exists!!!) I have several websites, but i chose to promote a sigcampaign over my own websites...
