Looks like you've plagiarised it from the game "Bitcoin billionaire". Google it. I am not accusing you, just pointing out that it looks like a carbon copy of the games logo /branding etc

Oh I had no idea. I googled for 'bitcoin sprites' and editted an image. Let me know if you mind Blazed. If so, I'll come up with something else.

I am not a graphics designer. I think there is nothing wrong with Bladedout's current avatar. It looks better than all of the ones on offer.


Your bounty is good. Designers are lost. I think they need more directions from you.

I'm not much of a designer either - I'm just watching from the sidelines, but I really like your second one, RealPhotoshopper, love that font!  ;)

My current was designed by MaliceRed and is very nice. I want something off the wall crazy or funny maybe. I really do not know what I am after...was hoping for some wacky creative design to stand out.

Haha. From the looks of it, most people are submitting pictures of casasius coins and then somehow editing them to somehow say "silverwallets". My entry (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1126936.msg11929164#msg11929164) (#3) has an actual picture of a silver wallet ;) one that I actually personally own

Fair enough, but you can barely read it once it's an avatar. I see many other designs that are much better IMO.

Edit. I guess if I were blazedout419, I'd probably want like another week's worth of posts. Let people really show the best they can do with the time they have, newbies or not, everyone has unique design skills, even me but not for a few years! ;)

As far as my designer experience tells me, avatars shouldn't be just a photo with a meme text on it.

Well I like a couple of the entries, but nothing has really made me want to set it as an avatar yet. I shouldn't have mentioned Silver Wallets or the other stuff. I really just want something random and unique.

Since it was my fault for not giving enough direction I will just pick something this evening and pay the winner. If you have anything to submit you got about 4-5 hours left!
