If SPPL stands for Super People something something, then I know that they use Mavro coins, a centralized pretend alt coin invented by super scammer Sergey Mavrodi and used by MMM.
So it would be logical to think that SPPL, Elevrus etc. are MMM clones and should be avoided at all costs, as they are pyramid schemes which will ultimately fail and leave large numbers of 'investors' broke.

Have you read the presentation of Satoshitest?
 It is not like MMM. In MMM you give your money to "other members" and wait for some time to take them back with some profit. You don`t know how many peoples are in, and don`t know how long system will be able to pay you.
