Title: Antminer S3, S3+ identifiacation. Post by: RichBC on July 20, 2015, 07:19:23 PM Have just received an S3 from an ebay purchase. After the usual setup everything is running fine. But.... it was advertised as an S3+ but is running the original release firmware from 11-Jul-14. There are no identifying marks I can see. Is there a way of telling if it's an S3 or an S3+? If it is an S3 do you think I should keep or return it?

If you got a good deal though, just keep it and let that sucker run. Both are good miners. |
