What are some of your favorite live hold'em poker sites that I could play in the US with BTC?

There are no really good sites if you compare it to pokerstars and other big casinos
poker needs many players for many tables to have different blinds and that's difficult to have in bitcoin

betcoin has most players in the btc community, with many freerolls, good gtd, million tournaments, I sent your PM about the detail

my signature is the other good site, you can check my signature to play. They offer 0.01bonus and 4 chips daily, easy to withdraw  :D :D

I would suggest Nitrogen
have hourly freeroll and ard 12-18 players take part in each

Hourly freeroll  with 0.001 prize money. Playing against 15 other players for that amount is a joke. I am sure the games wouldn't be fun either as everyone would likely be just shoving every hand.

I will suggest that you should play with nitrogen.
It is probably the oldest site accepting Bitcoin in gambling.

I'm going to do a vote for Betcoin as well for #1. It's by far the most populated one. Nitrogen isn't bad, but there's usually not many people on the cash games.

i like dice game more than poker

And what does that have to do with the topic? Is that just spam? This is like going to a Walmart Q&A for cat food to say "I like Disney World." What does that have to do with anything?

Seals with clubs is definitely the best for me in my opinion, it always have players in it and the community is great, when I play poker I always choose swc

You're right, it isn't fun at all, it's almost same at all the sites with maybe the exception of one or two, players hang out at lobby only to play at freerolls and after a while these tournaments just becomes donk fests.

@OP you can check out swcpoker but it's download only and you might find some players who play at ring tables but can't say for sure.

I see that you are searching for live poker site , do you mean a casino that offers poker where you can play against the house  ???
if so I don't know much about them but maybe you can find them in  a casino that offers live games
but if you mean a normal poker site based in USD then Americacardsroom is the best for you , it's a fiat site but you can deposit and withdraw using btc

I don't like the software at Nitrogen. I like the sites where you can download the client, instead of keeping a browser open (I always have bad luck with browser crashes). So while I would love Nitrogen if they had a client, in its current state it's too much of a hassle for me.

My experience is quite opposite of yours, i like Nitrogen, cause its web based, not need to download anything and they have hourly freerolls. But the title of this topic is what is your favorite poker site! My answer is PokerStar, if we put aside they dont accept BTC as a payment..but still i like it the most.

Do you happen to do multi-tabling? That may be a difference. I haven't found any browser-based site that allows for having 4-6 tables open without any problems. Most you can't even do two on because their software is so awkward.

If you want to check it out and possibly win Bitcoin, Betcoin (https://www.betcoin.ag/?a=3401) is likely your best bet. They have constant freerolls (on demand), so you can jump in any time day or night and join a tournament for free, that pays out in BTC to the winners (top 10 win).

Also, I have reviewed 5 Bitcoin poker sites (http://cryptoplace.net/bitcoin-services/bitcoin-gambling-sites/bitcoin-poker-sites) so far, so you can check out the reviews for a bit more information on some of the available platforms. I'll be adding more, just been so busy lately!

Those freerolls are killer, though. You can spend hours in one and still not be ITM. I haven't tried their cash games yet as I haven't won any freerolls to go test them yet, :p.

You can deposit min $20 in bitcoin and play on gtd tournaments there are 10x less players than freerolls.

For paid games, I just use Juicy Stakes. I mostly just join freerolls for the fun (and earning a little while doing it isn't bad, considering I'd be playing regardless).

well its hard to earn money on tournaments as there might be a lot of pro players there who will easily snatch your money, and on freerolls theres no risk and you can get lucky

Not so true, when I first play there I never deposit I just play on freeroll. But when I win one of the freeroll and I was surprise how easy to win on paid gtd tournaments. In nearly 2 weeks playing I earn more than $1000 playing on gtd tournament alone.

Decided to give it a go... the software flat out sucks compared to most sites. And it's 4 chips a day for free (4/10,000 of a BTC), usable on cash games or tournaments.

I can't even get the settings in the program to stay -- I change things, then it says to restart the app, so I do, and they return to how they were.

Honestly, they're not the best in any of those, though the site isn't "bad," per se. It gives free money for cash tables -- not just freerolls -- which is something no other sites do. But I can't stand the software, :p.

My favorite bitcoin poker site has to be Betcoin, those guys have the biggest and best GTD tournaments I have found so far in the bitcoin poker world.

It is still an up and coming industry with bitcoin and I'm sure it will be really big one day but at the moment there is only SWC and Betcoin that I find worth playing.

Good luck with your games..

I think if they ever did really modernize it, it would be an awesome site. No other site I'm aware of lets you claim free money every day to take to cash games or tournaments to play through. That is an awesome feature.

What are some of your favorite live hold'em poker sites that I could play in the US with BTC?
I feel like winning some Bitcoin tonight!  8)

My favorite place to play poker is betcoin and SealsWithClubs. because they both have a lot of users

If I play with crypto then its at PokerShibes.  ;D

They just play with Doge so you have to convert your BTC before going to play there.

I will vouch for Pokershibes. I've cashed out a couple times from straight freeroll winnings (without even making a deposit) and they always paid. I just hate the Mavens software, :(

Mavens software?

Are we need to doing install before play on Pokershibes?

I'm never try play on that site before, usually play on betcoin ag. How about the review? Is that good? :)

The site is good, and Mavens software is just something I dislike in general (doesn't look professional). But yes, the site works and does what it should. Definitely worth giving it a go if you're into betting with DOGE.

I checked your site and some rooms missing like SWCPoker, Betcoin , ACR...

In my opinion poker players use bitcoin  for its anonymity. Therefore, websites such as SWC with only offer  pc client cannot be categorized, as they will have access to your identification.

Well I think betcoin.ag is still the best, the second best site is swc but unfortunately swc cant be played in browser ( need to install software)

What are you talking about? Clients use the same protocols to access the Internet as your browser does. If one isn't anonymous, the other isn't either.

Disagree. When you install a software on your computer, they can access what ever they want, copy files and no longer you will have privacy. On browser, thats impossible. Thats why their either should publish their source code (to show they are ONLY using protocols just for the game) or a 3rd and trustable company check their source code and guarantees that their app. is safe. Non of the websites that you mentioned are doing so!!!

+1 for Poker Shines as well (I also like Betcoin, SWC, and Nitrogen)... Trying to give some doge love, and cash outs on Poker Shines is top notch as well. Worth checking out if you deal with doge coins!

Wasn't aware of that. Wonder if they allow cash outs in BTC as well, and what the fees are on conversion.

I have some dogecoin on my alts wallet. Will try to play poker on Pokershibes next time.

And will not use Mavens software. LOL.

Try to avoid software installation from some newly or untrusted site. Especially if your PC not protected from anti-malware.

Mavens isn't something you download. It's this software: https://www.briggsoft.com/pmavens.htm

A lot of sites use it, I just think it looks too... 1990s.

Good news to pokershibe players, because now they are accepting deposit with btc, and it will be converted to doge.
