Last month we posted a google doc detailing the past 18 month experience we have had dealing with Robocoin (#robocon, http://redd.it/3aa7aq (http://redd.it/3aa7aq)). Admittedly, we didn't think Jordan (CEO) would be overly pleased about the situation but something needed to happen! However, in the last 35 days we have sent Jordan 15 sms, 5 emails and 5 phone calls. All of which have gone without response! This is not the first time he has stolen customer funds.
The guy has absolutely no ethics and is just a used car salesman that is giving a bad name to the entire Bitcoin ATM space. Went so far as to contact Jordan, got a copy of the contract, took one look at it, noped the fuck out of there.
