The laugh was because I assumed that David was joking about a handled casascius brass coins getting MS70 :) But David is right about "who knows?", we are all amateurs here, so only a professional grader can say for sure. You should just say your price so people can make you offers OR set up an Auction (in the Auction board) with a starting bid of whatever your price is...letting this sit here without taking action on offers is kind of a waste of time, no?
