Hi,

I'm located in Europe, so I unfortunately can't use IMPS. But I guess many people in India would use this payment method.

Hi,

Can't do PayPal at the moment as my account access was restricted.

If you can withdraw the funds to your bank account, we can do the trade by bank transfer.

As I told you and also announced in this thread, my Paypalaccount got locked with a few hundred Euros in and I've got no access to the funds.

I advised you to do a chargeback, what you did not do.

I have advised paypal, but I can't proceed to a chargeback because I have pay you with a friend-family mode, and you can proceed to refund me via paypal.
I have pay you and you release the BTC to my wallet.
If you have a problem with your paypal account is not a my problem.
I have pay you 80$ and you give me the BTC.

PayPal allows chargebacks anyway, even if it's friend and family. And if they refuse to repay the amount, tell them to get in touch with me for authorization of that as my account is funded enough with money I can't access.

See this:

Now you trust me?
I can't make a chargeback.
Release my 80$ of BTC now.
You are a bad seller.

once again, sellmybit: This is a fake account, verified with some fake identity while original owners were on holiday. No possibility for me to do there anything. This is usual in our business.

@sellmybit: As I told you so many times, call PayPal and get them to contact me for a refund. They will do.

I can't release the BTC before receiving any money. My PayPal wallet is funded with lots of cash, so there shouldn't be any problems.

Best,
DC

You have received the money my friend.
But paypal have blocked your account.
It's your problem not my.

Yeah but you can easily get your money back by calling PayPal.

Of course it's the problem of both parties, I can't send you the Bitcoins for money I did not really received
Let's clear the rest up via PM. I am happy to assist you however I can to get your money back.

Best,
DC

Have many day I tell you the problem.
But you can't understand.
I have already called paypal, and paypal reply me the problem with the payment method with friend-family option can't request the chargeback because YOU FROM YOUR ACCOUNT CAN REFUND ME, NOT I FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I HAVE ALREADY CALLED PAYPAL OK?
But paypal can make a chargeback from telephone.
Now or you refund me or release my BTC.

No you don't seem to understand what I'm trying to explain so often.

Why don't we do it in an easy way? I'll change my PayPal password for a while and you can login yourself to check that there is no refund possible. Please PM me, I will tell you the login details.

Best,
DC

Ok, if the refund not possible by you and by me, I have lose my money?
If paypal have blocked your account is a YOUR problem, not a my problem, ok?
Now, so you have to unlock the BTC , because the problem with paypal there dost thou not me.
I will have paid regularly and then you must give me what I paid.
If you do not give me the btc I do not ever take away my negative feedback and you will be very difficult to sell on the forum.
