Title: jinxEDG - A scammer, Avoid Trading With Him
Post by: adzino on August 01, 2015, 09:29:13 AM
What happened: Wanted to buy CSGO from him. Sold me an account with CS:GO in it which he said that he received it as a gift from his "friend".

But looks like the game was bought using a fraudulent/stolen credit card. So as a result the product was removed from library.

I tried to get in touch with him about this matter but got no response from him.

Additional Notes: He is still selling (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1138726) some 2xWindows 10 Home keys for cheap which I doubt were obtained legitimately.

User is also trying to buy (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1140040) 0.143 BTC using Skrill. Avoid trading with him and leaving a negative feedback(untill this dispute is solved) will help to stop other users from being a victim

Hey, I already sold it. Sorry :(. I have one account with CS:GO though, you're interested? Never activated Steam Guard.
Oh  :-[
You have the email?
PM me your steam ID where we can chat easily.
Yes, I have the e-mail but I'd rather transfer it to your e-mail since it's my personal one. I don't have Steam installed neither Skype :(. We can only talk here. I don't think we need many messages to get the deal done :P.

He then told me to join tlk.io

Hey,

Can you join here so we can do this easier? Steam won't allow me to join chat :P.

Thanks.

I have screenshots of the chat from tlk.io

Will upload soon.

Uhm, I am sorry? I never gave you the account you show as being revoked. I gave you a legitimate account which you probably still have.

I can PM the info of the account to subSTRATA or someone trusted who is willing to verify my claim. I still have the message from the steam support.

Edit: By the way, why were you ignoring my PMs?

i am in no way someone "trusted," and i urge you to find someone more trusted, but if no one else will, i can verify your claims.

I was given access by adzino to the steam account that he had purchased form the user jinxedg, and i can confirm that the error shown by the image in the op (http://i.snag.gy/xkSqB.jpg) was identical to the one i witnessed on the account as a message from steam support, stating that the items: Counter Strike, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, were removed from the account due to an "error in processing payment." however, the exact nature of the error, CC reversal, stolen card, etc, could not be verified.

however, i do want to point out that the address in the tx listed in the op: https://blockchain.info/tx/b0eaf81b1f6b52b822a2049466c036c538c33959b48bfd3eb343517c68abf25f
does not match the address provided by jinxedg in the chat logs to send funds to.

if this is an error on adzino's part, that should be corrected immediately, else this falls to be a false accusation.

Dude, the account that I gave you wasn't purchased with stolen CC info or anything like that. Can you please post proof that the account that I sent you is the one that got the keys revoked? If yes I will surely refund you ;). But that didnt't happened. You probably had bought a account from a seller off-the-forum and it got revoked now so you're blaming it on me.

I did post proof. Check previous posts again. It's not about the money. 0.02btc/$6 is nothing. I just wanted to warn other users.

What is that proof? That is NOT the account that I sold to you.

Really? Then what's the name of the account you sold me?

Nice lie. I knew something was fishy when you told me that you didn't have steam client installed and cannot use steam chat. You were still reluctant  to use steam chat even after telling you that you can chat directly from browser. And instead, you linked me to use tlk.io where chat logs are not saved.

OP PM'ed me about the windows 10 license and willing to go first. I don't think I'll do any transactions with an alleged scammer. Just a heads up everyone. Don't ever do any transactions with a user whose name is listed on scam accusation section.

He did the same thing to me. PMed me and was willing to go first. He doesn't even care about this and won't even bother to solve this accusation.
