Title: Bitcoin Central: do bitcoins transfers work? Post by: kseistrup on June 02, 2011, 08:28:44 PM I sent a few bitcents to my account at Bitcoin Central (https://bitcoin-central.net/) and the transaction currently has a dozen confirmations in my bitcoind, yet it doesn't show up in my account balance at Bitcoin Central. The site says:
Quote Simply transfer funds to any of your addresses and they'll show up in your account after a couple of minutes. Please note that you will only be able to use these funds after the bitcoin network has confirmed the transfer (approx. 50 minutes). The wiki page (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bitcoin_Central) says: Quote On April 4, 2011 service was again reported as being disrupted, where deposits of bitcoins were not registering and also where funding transactions were not being allocated to accounts. Is this what we're seeing again? Anyone here who has good or bad experiences with Bitcoin Central? Cheers, |
